**Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
**Tax rate would be GST 18% (CGST 9% and SGST 9%).
**Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
**In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as extra person (with mattress).

Inclusions
2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day
Accommodation in rooms is on twin sharing basis.
Two bottles of drinking water per cottage will be provided on complimentary basis.

**Only Entry Ticket to statue of unity is included in this package (Subject to Availability).
**Any Guest willing to visit the viewing gallery at the Statue of Unity is required to get the tickets booked by their own from www.soutickets.in
**Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms And Conditions
1) All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
2) The package rates are inclusive of entry tickets to statue of unity, Valley of Flowers, Khalwani to Zarwani, Eco tourism bus Tour, Boating, Sardar Sarovar Dam view Point, Laser show(Subject to availability), An individual can book viewing gallery tickets directly from www.soutickets.in
3) Entry ticket to Statue of Unity for Foreign Nationals is not included in our package costs and they are required to buy the same from www.soutickets.in
4) In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable.
5) In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
6) The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity tent city is to be furnished Compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
7) In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
8) In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early check in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check in time as prescribed.
9) Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present.
10) Any amendments with respect to change in Check-in dates would attract 750/- per guest (18% GST extra) amendment charge. For any amendments/ changes, kindly email us at booking@statueofunitytentcity.com
11) Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
12) Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk.
13) This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
14) All rooms are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per in-house rules.
15) Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
16) Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given.
17) The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Statue of Unity Tent city – 1.
18) Visit to Statue of Unity premises, Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour, Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) and Nilkanth Dham Temple is subjec tto change/cancel due to any unforseen circumstances.
19) Statue of Unity Premises and other facilities remain closed on every Monday.
20) Guest Checking in on sunday for 02 nights package shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on second day i.e. Monday as the other attraction such as khalvani to zarwani ecotourism bus tour and Boating remains closed on Monday.
21) Guest Checking in on Monday for 02 nights package shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on the day of check in i.e. Monday as the other attraction such as khalvani to zarwani ecotourism bus tour and Boating remains closed on Monday. And on next day i.e. Tuesday they shall be taken to Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism bus tour from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 02:30 pm onwards they shall be taken to visit Dam view Point, Valley of flowers, Statue of Unity & Laser show.
22) Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City.
23) Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COVID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government Guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% of your accommodation charges of Statue Of Unity Tent City. We are not liable for any refund of transportation/travel expenses.
24) If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms at the Statue of Unity Tent City Entry Gate, we will amend the date of arrival as per availability on a complimentary basis. If there is a rate difference then the difference amount has to be paid by the guest. Our expert team will also assist the guest in the nearest hospital.
25) If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms during his/her stay at the tent city then we will transfer him/her to our in-house isolation centre and our In-house medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation/hospitalization then we will assist the guests to reach the nearest hospital.
26) Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
27) Right to admission reserved by Management.
